Who is PLAN? What is PLAN?

PLAN started out as an idea that Shannon Slamp, Founder had for years. In August of 2021, a women's committee was created with about four other women who met at the local Starbucks. Shannon dreamed of creating a larger following and with each month, more and more women joined her group.  Wanting to do more, Shannon had an another thought to push the envelope further. She wanted to take her fifteen plus years of administration and make it into a business. They say take what you know and run with it, and that's what she's doing. PLAN still has committee meetings each month, and what is great about PLAN's meetings versus other networking meetings is that PLAN broaches topics that affect women on a professional and personal level. This drives the point home further and allows all women to participate in a broader topic.

The other great feature of PLAN is that members are not required to find sponsorships for events, or pay a hefty membership fee and only go to some events that might apply once or twice a year to only see the same faces.
