MEET OUR TEAM

I have over 15 years of administrative experience. I’ve always come back to all things admin. It’s a field that despite its many names is something I’ve always enjoyed doing. I love being behind the scenes keeping the company working; being the gears that make the machine run.

Administrative assistants go by so many names: office manager, secretary, receptionist, we all do the same thing. We are the face of the company that the client sees. We are the voice of the company that the client hears. We need to be as knowledgeable and professional at all times. That doesn’t mean I haven’t worn slippers when it was after hours, or been goofy at work with my coworkers.

PLAN came about when I met a woman through LinkedIn. She met me to discuss life insurance. I had always had an idea for a women’s group and always had a desire for entrepreneurship. Her and I discussed the committee, she unfortunately left PLAN early but I was the one who made the name and found all the members.

My idea was to have a safe place for women to congregate where their ideas could be heard without being interrupted by stronger male voices. This is not saying I am anti-men, I am not. But I wanted a place that was cost-free where we didn’t just do the same round table network with the same faces. The topics were cross dimensional over professional and personal. This opens the door to all women having the opportunity to speak. Then the business formed from that.
